Seeking a job in Customer Service. In my previous work in direct marketing, this role required that I have good customer service skills. I was advertising charities, conversing with a range of people from different backgrounds and social classes. I led a meeting where I spoke before a group of people, showcasing how I made the most sales- public speaking. Dealing with various cases/ problem solving when making a sale, I have empathy considering people’s emotions and perspective relating
